Quinn’s Auction Galleries is pleased to present an auction of modern and contemporary prints & posters. The sale features items from the late 19th century to present day, including Pablo Picasso’s “Lysistrata”: the complete set of six etchings, Frances Gearhart’s “November Textiles”, two prints by Walter Henry Williams, Mary Bauermeister's "Orplid" porfolios, and three serigraphs by Leroy Neiman, alongside pieces from major D.C. artists Werner Drewes and Kathleen Spagnolo.
Also in the sale are more than 40 posters, including vintage Chemin de Fer posters and maritime voyages, Mucha’s “Zdenka Cerny”, Francisco Tamagno’s “La Framboisette”, and advertisements by Jules Cheret, Lucien LeFevre, and Henri LeMonnier.
